Photo Policy

This camera installation is operated by Leef Media, LLC (DBA “A Month @”).By using the cameras or appearing in photographs captured by it, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.

Image Ownership

All photographs, negatives, digital files, and other visual media created with this camera are the sole property of Leef Media, LLC.

Grant of Rights

By using this camera or appearing in any image captured by it, you grant Leef Media, LLC and A Month @ a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

photograph and record your likeness
reproduce, publish, distribute, display, edit, and archive the images
use the images in print, digital media, exhibitions, editorial work, documentary projects, and promotional materials

This includes use in:

printed zines and publications displayed at the venue
websites and social media
exhibitions and artistic works
marketing and promotional materials related to Leef Media or A Month @

Waiver of Compensation

By using the camera, you waive any right to compensation, royalties, approval, or ownership interest in any images created.

Release of Claims

You release and hold harmless Leef Media, LLC, A Month @, and affiliated venues from any claims relating to the use of these images, including claims regarding:
rights of publicityprivacylikenesscopyright or ownership claims

rights of publicity
privacy
likeness
copyright or ownership claims

Use by Minors

Individuals under 18 years of age should only use the camera with the permission of a parent or legal guardian. If a minor appears in an image, the parent or legal guardian of that minor is deemed to grant consent to the terms stated here by permitting the minor to participate. Leef Media, LLC reserves the right to exclude or remove images of minors from publication at its discretion.

Consent by Participation

Your voluntary use of the camera constitutes acceptance of these terms.

Opt-Out Policy

If you recognize yourself (or your child) in an image and would prefer it not be used in future digital publications, you may request removal by contacting:

‍Reasonable efforts will be made to remove the image from future digital uses, however removal from printed or previously distributed materials may not be possible.
